Lockdown Comfort is a collection of Hong Kong dishes that I have returned to during the lockdown in the UK. With the uncertainty of Hong Kong's political situation alongside a global pandemic, these dishes brought me respite to remember warm and comforting memories.

Cooking can be a reminder of personal identity, stories and memories. A way to nourish and energise us to move forward.
